The visit was primarily to explore the nearby attractions, and the location made it incredibly convenient to visit places like the Green Dome and the Koran Museum, both just a short walk away. I particularly appreciated the spaciousness of our Standard Quadruple Room, which was perfect for our family. While there were issues with cleanliness, the room size and its proximity to the mosque were highlights of our stay.

Unexpected challenges, but a great stay
The hotel's proximity to Masjid Nabawi was delightful. We enjoyed the swift check-in process and generous amenities such as available power sockets and complimentary water bottles. Finding fast food and utility stores nearby added to the convenience.
The room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with issues like a leaking sink and inadequate soundproofing, making sleep challenging. the single key for the room created some inconvenience.

Was able to get a quick check-in, even with the morning rush. The AC worked like a charm, and power sockets were plentiful for charging all my devices in the room.
Only four lifts meant waiting in line at peak times, and the shower space was cramped, making it a hassle to use. the fridge was so tiny it barely fit a water bottle, and the sink had a leak that needed attention. Noise was another issue. I asked for a quiet room but faced a busy road and constant lift traffic, which made sleeping a challenge. Plus, each room only had one key, a bit inconvenient for sharing. Overall cleanliness was below expectations too, with areas that clearly needed more attention.

Great location for mosque access
The hotel's location was a major highlight, just a short 3-minute walk to Al-Haram. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, as I found the rooms lacking in cleanliness and general upkeep, such as leaky taps and cramped spaces. It’s perfect if you're mainly focused on proximity to the mosque but be prepared for basic amenities and limited support.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The check-in process was impressively swift with our keys ready at the counter. The room included a hot water kettle, tea, mugs, and several bottles of water, promoting a welcoming atmosphere. I also enjoyed the city view that made my morning coffee feel special. It added a nice touch to our stay as we were able to relax while looking out.
While my overall experience was good, the bathroom's cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

Staying with my friends was awesome! We were super close to the mosque, which made our prayers easy. We also had a great time visiting the Dates Market and soaking in the local culture. The reception area had free Wi-Fi, which was handy for planning our next adventures. Definitely a good spot if you're seeking value for your money!
One downside was the check-out situation. We had to rush back right after prayer, which added a bit of stress to our visit.
